I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a deep passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I guide my clients in discovering new paths forward — meeting them with compassion, non-judgment, and a genuine commitment to self-care.
As a thyroid cancer survivor living with an autoimmune disease, I understand firsthand how precious life truly is. Every day spent with family, friends, and community is both a gift and an opportunity — to make meaningful choices and to inspire others to do the same.
For more than nine years, I have been coaching and empowering clients to achieve lasting lifestyle change. I also work as a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in helping women build bone strength and prevent osteoporosis.
My credentials include a Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health, dual coaching certifications (including one from Guiding Mindful Coaching), a Lifestyle Coach Certificate from the Centers for Disease Control for the Diabetes Prevention Program, and Personal Trainer Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.
